Return and Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before booking a class or workshop.

All class and workshop bookings are subject to the following refund terms:

• Refunds are available if a cancellation request is received at least four (4) days (96 hours) prior to the scheduled class start date and time.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within four (4) days of the scheduled class start date and time, including but not limited to late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to attend.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to holytuftyeg@gmail.com.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless otherwise explicitly stated.
