Terms of Service – Workshop & Class Bookings

By booking a workshop or class with Holy Tuft, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 4 days (96 hours) before the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 4 days of the class date are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or missed classes.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

  • Requests to reschedule must be made at least 4 days before the class date and are subject to availability.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 4 days of the class date cannot be accommodated.

Participant Responsibility

  • Participants must follow all studio safety guidelines and instructor directions.
  • Holy Tuft reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who poses a safety risk or disrupts the class, without refund.

Liability Waiver

  • By participating, you acknowledge that workshop activities involve the use of tools and equipment and accept all associated risks.
  • Holy Tuft is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during workshops, except where required by law.

Changes & Cancellations by Holy Tuft

  • Holy Tuft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
